1. Are babies counted towards the kids’ headcount for private event bookings?

No, children under the age of one are not included in the kids' headcount. However, we ask parents/guardians to fill waiver forms for all children.

2. When is the balance of the party booking due?

The day of the party.

3. What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable (they cannot be applied to a different time slot). However, party hosts have 24 hours after they’ve selected a date and time to pay the deposit—giving time to confirm with family and friends.

4. What is the maximum capacity for the playground?

Our largest package accommodates up to 60 people (25 kids and 35 adults). If your group is significantly larger, please give us a call for clarification.

5. Is there a lost and found policy?

We do not have a lost and found. Guests are responsible for their belongings during drop-ins and private events. Please double-check your items before leaving the facility.

6. Can we have a bubble show during our party?

Unfortunately, we are cannot allow a bubble show due to liability concerns.

7. Do you offer private bookings or exclusive use of the playground?

Yes, all of our party packages are exclusive.

8. Is the birthday child counted in the guest headcount?

No, the birthday child is not included in the headcount. However, the hosting parents are counted in the adult headcount.

9. Can we bring a microwave/electric kettle/coffee machine/crockpot/popcorn machine/food warmers/hot plates during private events?

No, electric appliances and chafing dishes (flame warmers) are not allowed due to safety and liability concerns.

10. Do you have a toddler area?

Yes, we have a dedicated toddler area at our indoor playground! This special section is designed with younger children in mind, featuring safe and age-appropriate toys. It’s a perfect space for toddlers to explore, play, and socialize in a secure environment.

11. Do you offer any membership or loyalty programs?

Currently, we do not offer any membership or loyalty programs at our indoor playground. However, we do offer great value for your visit with affordable pricing and occasional promotions.

12. Do you offer any discounts for groups or schools?

For groups with a minimum of 7 children, we offer a special discount of $9 per child including HST. It’s a great option for playdates! If you're planning a visit with a group, please check our drop-in hours the day before, as we occasionally receive last-minute bookings.

13. Do you have staff to supervise the children?

No, we do not provide supervision. Parents or guardians must stay with and supervise their children to ensure a safe and fun experience. Our staff is always available if you need assistance! Our playgrounds are unsupervised facilities and it is the responsibility of the parents/guardians to supervise their child.

14. What are your hours of operation?

Drop-in hours are posted on the home page of our website.

15. Is there a waiver or registration process before entry?

Yes, a waiver is required. All guests must complete and show it to staff upon arrival. Please read the playground rules and sign the waiver before your visit for a smooth check-in.

16. Can I drop off my child, or do I need to stay with them?

No, we do not allow children to be dropped off. A parent or guardian must stay with the child during their visit to the playground. This ensures the safety and well-being of all the children while they play.

17. Do we have a trampoline?

No, we do not have trampoline at our indoor playground. However, we offer a variety of other fun activities and slides.

18. Is the playground stroller-friendly?

The playground is stroller-friendly only in the dining area. Strollers are not permitted near the play structures for safety reasons, but you are welcome to park them in the designated stroller-friendly space in the dining area while your child enjoys the playground.

19. Can we bring outside food during drop-in visits?

Yes, you may bring outside food as long as it’s nut-free and kept in the designated dining area.

20. Can I customize the time slot for weekdays?

Yes, we offer this option for some time slots at an extra charge. Please call us for more details.

21. Do you offer event extensions for weekends?

Extensions are available only for the first and last time slots on weekends, and additional fees apply. Contact us for more information about pricing.

22. Are tablecloths provided for private events?

Yes, we provide tablecloths and confirm the colour with the host one week before the party.

23. Are babies charged during drop-ins?

Babies under 1 are free of charge if they have a sibling who is paying.
