1. Parents/Guardians must sign a WAIVER before their child enters the playground.

2. Parents/Guardians must at all times supervise their child as DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND is an UNSUPERVISED indoor playground.

3. The ladders/tunnels are meant to be used for children 7 and above. Children 6 or under must be FULLY SUPERVISED by Parents/Guardians.

4. Kids and their Parents/Guardians must wear socks inside the indoor playground. If you forget your socks, you will be able to purchase them at our front desk for $2.00/pair.

5. DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND will not be responsible for any injuries that unfortunately occur due to unsafe usage of the indoor playground and toys.

6. Staff at DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND can refuse entry or ask the child and their parent(s)/guardian(s) to leave where it is found that improper use of the playground equipment is witnessed and/or there is impolite behaviour.

7. Aside from either a medical condition or an infant that requires baby food and milk, we do not permit outside food to enter our premises unless it’s for a private party.

8. We are a nut-aware indoor playground. We do not guarantee our facility being a nut-free facility. However, we ask that no foods containing nuts is allowed inside DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND.

9. DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND will not be responsible for any lost items during drop-in hours and/or during private parties. It is your responsibility to keep valuable items in a safe manner.

10. DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND has cameras that will be recording footage. We will not share and/or distribute the footage unless asked by authorities. By entering our premise, you agree to be recorded.

11. No food and drinks are allowed in and around the play structures, even during private parties.

12. No home toys or sharp objects allowed inside DiNOViLLE INDOOR PLAYGROUND.

13. Kids are not allowed to go up the slides as this can be very dangerous. Kids are not allowed to go down the ladders including ones in the tunnels, as this can be very dangerous.

14. Kids are not allowed to climb the protective nets and must wear safe clothing in order to avoid any injuries.

15. We do not allow confetti, silly string and glitter inside our facility.

16. No vaping, smoking or alcohol is allowed inside our facility.

17. Please be mindful of other children and their parents/guardians at our facility.
